Thirty plugins, a bought theme and load times that cost conversions. Every URL had history in Google.
Approach
Map every URL first, then measure the redirects.
We mapped every old URL to its new one before the build, measured every redirect after the switch, and kept the old shop running as a fallback during the transition.

Every URL redirects to its new home. Positions were measured before and after the switch and held. The store loads fast enough to carry the SEO work that followed.
