1. Who we are

2. Which data
We process only what you give us yourself and what is needed to run the site.

3. For what
- To answer your question.
- To keep the site secure and available.
- To see which pages are visited, without following you as a person.
We send no newsletter, sell no data and build no profile.
4. Retention
Server logs are kept for twelve months and are then deleted automatically. Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any follow-up; ask us and we delete yours sooner. A store review and the email address you gave for it are kept for 30 days; after that the findings and your address are deleted, and only the store domain, the score and the date remain.
5. Processors
The site runs on the Neuramerce platform, hosted by Railway within the European Union. Files and images are stored with Cloudflare. Outgoing and incoming email runs through our own mail servers at Hetzner in Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with every party.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, and object. Use the contact form; we answer within a month. Complaints can also be filed with the Hungarian supervisory authority, the NAIH.
